Dymak was founded in 1997 by Søren Offer Madsen and Claus Bøgelund, combining a horticultural heritage with sourcing competences from South East Asia. More than 15 years later these attributes remain the driving force behind Dymak’s growth and success.
Søren Offer Madsen is fifth generation descendant of an agricultural and horticultural family with deep roots in the soil of central Denmark. Growing up he learned the ins and outs of the nursery business which gave him a great competitive advantage in the industry. Today Søren resides in Apopka, Florida and is Dymak’s Commercial Director as well as President of Dymak USA.
Claus Bøgelund met Søren Offer Madsen in High School and after graduation they traveled the world together. They were especially captivated by the market and atmosphere of South East Asia and after having finished their education they started sourcing from countries like Malaysia and China. They soon turned their eyes on importing wholesale items for the horticultural industry. This has remained Dymak’s focus to this day, and Claus is now the CEO of the Dymak.
Dymak combines its extensive experience in global sourcing with in-depth knowledge of the horticultural business. The result? Upgrading flower and plant businesses around the world. For Dymak the customer is at the center of everything. With our products and solutions, we want to create added value and nurture long-term partnerships.
Our mission is to supply plant nurseries, retail chains and other operators worldwide with value-added products and to exceed our customer’s expectations in quality, delivery and cost. We strive to be the industry standard in service and offer the highest security of supply in the business.
